The Team KCQ campaign was built around the leadership and integrity of Kathryn Casey Quigley — a community-centered change maker dedicated to building meaningful opportunity through education, civic engagement, and collaborative action. Kathryn’s story is rooted in impact. From co-founding an innovative local school grounded in social-emotional learning and equity, to expanding civic participation as Chair of the Southold Democrats, her leadership is defined by optimism, momentum, and measurable results. She has built programs, energized volunteers, strengthened nonprofit teams, and helped shape a generation of families on the North Fork. The visual identity for Team KCQ reflects these qualities through a bold, confident design system that communicates trust, forward movement, and unity. The branding balances strength with approachability — mirroring Kathryn’s grounded yet action-driven leadership style. The campaign design system was developed to: emphasize integrity and trust, capture a sense of momentum and hope, energize volunteers and community members and Maintain clarity across print, environmental, and digital platforms.
